Chargers sales down 6 %

Sales of electric vehicle charging equipment installed in real estate during Q3 totalled 7 310 units, down 5.7% year-on-year. Since the beginning of the year, sales have fallen by 5.9%. Slow chargers surprised, with Q3 sales up by a whopping 12.5%, and for the first half of the year as a whole, the increase was 5.0%.

STK's autumn meeting was held at the Kellotorni

Tomi Muurinen from Ahlsell was elected President of STK for the next three-year term at the autumn meeting on 24 November.The meeting, held at the new Kellotorni, confirmed the 2026 action plan and budget and elected the members of the Board of Directors.

Active and unpublished product cards will be included in the billing, archived product cards will not be charged. Billing is based on the number of product cards on 31.12. and invoices are sent in January. So remember to archive discontinued products well before the last day of the year!

Free Digital Sales Academy training programme to start in January

The Digital Sales Academy is a training programme that provides the best digital tools to increase sales and expand exports. Starting on 13 January 2026, the training is free of charge for all member companies of the Confederation of Finnish Industries. Skills Day 30.1.2026

The Day of Skills will be celebrated on Friday 30.1.2026.The theme of the day is cooperation with working life and we are hoping that companies all over Finland will participate in the campaign. Participation is easy: just a simple online publication about how professionals are valued at your workplace is enough. Use the tag #AmmattiosaamisenPäivä in your communication and if you have collaborated with an educational institution, tag it in the publication.

Last Electricity Numbers and ETIM familiarisation sessions of the year

STK regularly organises free Electricity Number and ETIM introductions. The last introductions of the year will be held on 2 December and 9 December at 9.30-12.00 at STK's office at Takomotie 8, Helsinki.
